LearnEnglish Kids: Phonics Stories is a set of interactive stories designed to help children who are learning to read and speak English.
- Based on the UK phonics programme, Letter and Sounds.
- Improve your child listening and pronunciation by focussing on a different set of sounds in each story. Collect all the stories to learn the sounds of English.
- Suitable for young learners learning English as a foreign language and for developing literacy skills for bilingual, multilingual and English speaking children around the world.
- Built-in easy sharing features to post kids’ jolly moments via email, facebook, as well as FamLoop Connect – the private family sharing network.
Behind the App Design Notes
The Phonics Stories focuses on learning, and we want to engage the children but not to the extent that distract them from learning. The app is carefully designed for that purposes: The story, the flash card dictionary, the quiz games and even the fonts (we pick a font that is more comprehensible for early English learners).
